Dimensions of trailer used:

5' x 10' x 8'

Price is subject to increase if:

- The location for junk removal is over 20 miles away from Moscow, Idaho

- Heavy items are being unloaded

- Items being removed are toxic or hazardous

Price is subject to decrease if:

- Only a few items are needing to be removed

- Junk lot is exceptionally light
